What is Ajji?
Ajji is a multiple award-winning product design company that develops original ideas into patented products. Ajji’s central mission is to create functional-art pieces that have not been seen before.


What is the returns policy?
Returns will be accepted and replacements will be provided on grounds of faulty and damaged goods (product should be unused and in the same condition as received). In the event of the products getting damaged in transit, based on the extent of damage, we will repair or replace the product on intimation requests for returns of product within 7 working days after receipt of goods by customer.

How can I check the status of my order?

Is there any additional shipping charge?
Domestic shipping is absolutely free. International shipping depends on the location and size of goods and will be intimated to you on request.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

We accept debit cards for 100+ major banks; Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Rupay  and American Express Credit Cards (domestic and international). We also currently support Net banking for 53+ major Banks.

Do you offer cash on delivery?
As of now, we do not accept Cash on Delivery payments.

The process of placing an order on the website remains the same whether for national or international orders, with the variability of transport charges. Please mail us or call us for an estimate of transport charges specific to your location.

Is there an additional shipping charge?
Yes, for clients residing out of India, delivery charges will vary depending on the country’s import tariffs and other charges which include transportation fees, the quotation for which will be shared via mail.
